On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is both an honor and a pleasure to welcome you to the 23rd International Conference on Media in Education (ICoME), to be held August 7–9, 2025, at Inha University in Incheon, Korea.

 

This year’s theme, “Transforming Educational Media: Towards Accountable and Inclusive Future Learning,” invites us to reflect on the role of educational media in a time of rapid technological change and growing demands for equity and relevance in learning.

 

As digital innovations continue to reshape the educational landscape, our focus must extend beyond innovation to include ethical responsibility, inclusiveness, and responsiveness to diverse learning environments. ICoME 2025 offers a platform to explore these challenges and possibilities through research, dialogue, and creative practice.
