Accommodation

The accommodation is newly constructed student dormitory, and it is located on the campus. This place is close to the conference building with 5-minute walking.

※ Available dates: From August 14 ~ August 19.

< Rate for night > 

+ pillow and blanket rental: 10.00 USD (Rental fee is charged only one night)

* Free meals are provided at the cafeteria. 
* All rooms are equipped with two beds.
* Check-in time is 3 p.m., check out is 2 p.m.
* Please bring your own bath kit(soap, shampoo, towels, toothpaste,  toothbrush, comb, hair dryer, and etc.).
* Convenient shop is located in the building.

Cancellation Policy

※ 4 % PayPal processing fee is added for any cancellation. 

* Cancellation before 7 days of arrival date: 34% of one night's stay
* Cancellation before 3 days of arrival date: 54% of one night's stay

* Cancellation before 2 days: No refund
